How quickly can you rent my unit?

We aim to have a professional listing live within 48 hours of onboarding and, in a healthy market, place a screened tenant within days to a couple of weeks depending on price and location.

How and when do I get paid?

Once rent is collected and any approved expenses are deducted, we disburse your net proceeds to your bank account on a set monthly schedule, with a statement detailing every transaction.

What if a tenant stops paying?

We follow up immediately, document everything, and if necessary pursue the lawful process through the Landlord and Tenant Board on your behalf — keeping you informed throughout.

Do I approve maintenance spending?

Routine repairs under an agreed threshold are handled promptly to protect your property. Anything larger is quoted and sent to you for approval first.

Can you manage from out of province or country?

Absolutely. Many of our owners live elsewhere. The online portal and direct deposits make remote ownership genuinely hands-off.
